PUBLIC NOTICE: 

Pursuant to TCA 2-1-113 and in accordance with TCA 8-44-108, notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the Hamilton County Election Commission will hold a called meeting at the offices of the commission, 700 River Terminal Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37406, for the purpose of discussing business relating to 2026 elections.

Any Hamilton County resident who wishes to comment on an agenda item must sign-in upon arrival and indicate which item they wish to address and whether they are in favor or against, in accordance with the Public Comment Policy.
