WE ENCOURAGE VOTERS TO DO THE FOLLOWING

Encourage voters to wear a face mask
Encourage voters to practice social distancing
Encourage voters to bring hand sanitizer
Encourage voters to bring a blue or black ink pen, however we are providing each voter with single-use ink pens and ballot secrecy folders.
WE ENCOURAGE VOTERS TO DO THE FOLLOWING
BEFORE APPEARING TO VOTE IN PERSON:
Confirm that the address on your
registration is current by using the voter lookup tool on our website. If your address is
not current, please submit an address change as soon as possible by
visiting GOVOTETN.COM. Voters who have not updated their
address before casting their ballot will be required to fill out an
address change form. They may also be required to travel to another
polling location if voting on Election Day.
We encourage voters to make every effort
to choose one of the fourteen (14) days of Early Voting to cast your
ballot. Delaying until Election Day could result in increased wait
times.
Understand your ballot options and review
the sample ballot before arrival at the polling place. Sample ballots are available on our website.
If you choose to vote on Election Day,
make sure you know your assigned polling location by using our Voter Lookup Tool. During Early Voting, you may appear to
vote at any four (4) Early Voting sites. On Election Day, the law
requires voters to cast their ballot at their assigned Election Day
polling location.
We have implemented many new procedures
to mitigate concerns that have developed as a result of COVID-19. New
procedures include:
All election officials are required to
wear a mask or a face shield.
All election officials will answer health
screening questions.
Routine cleaning of commonly used
surfaces each day of voting will occur. Early Voting sites will have
sneeze guards at each clerk's station.
We are providing each voter with
single-use ink pens and ballot secrecy folders.
Floor markers will be in place to ensure
social distancing best practices.
Hand sanitizer will be available in all
polling locations.
We will post signs encouraging voters to
practice distancing, wear face coverings, and request that voters
notify an election official if they exhibit symptoms of COVID-19.
