Absentee Voting by Mail

Eligible voters may vote an absentee ballot by mail per T.C.A. § 2-6-201.

Voters with Disabilities and Elderly Voters

State law permits disabled and elderly voters to vote during early voting or on Election Day at the Election Commission office if their polling place is inaccessible.
