♿ Notice to Persons with Disabilities and Elderly Voters
State law permits disabled and elderly voters to vote either during the period established for early voting or on Election Day at the Election Commission office if their polling place is inaccessible.
Voters who will be voting for the first time pursuant to T.C.A. 2-3-109 must provide the Election Commission with written notice of their intention to vote on May 5, 2026, at the Election Commission office. The Election Commission must receive the written notice on or before April 25, 2026.
