Red Bank City Judge

The Hamilton County Election Commission will hold a Special Election to fill a vacancy in the office of Red Bank City Judge. This election will coincide with the State and Federal Primary and County General Election.

Important Dates

Qualifications

A candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be no less than thirty (30) years of age.
  • Must be an attorney at law licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • Must be in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
  • Must be a resident of the City of Red Bank for at least one year preceding the date of the election.

Candidate Instructions

Candidates seeking election for this office must pick up their nominating petition papers starting Monday, April 20, 2026 at the following location:
